What is your return policy?

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Defective items are not eligible for return and will not be accepted back. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt so we can assist you.

VEEPS Shop does not facilitate exchanges.

Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit, minus original shipping costs. Worn or used garments are non‑returnable.To request a return, please email shop@veeps.com with your order details. Please include a note inside the package with your Name, Order Number, and for return.

Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured shipping service. VEEPS Shop is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Protect, an optional protection service, handles damaged, lost, or stolen items.

If you've purchased Protect, they cover damaged, lost, or stolen items, please file a claim here if your order falls into this category. For orders purchased without Protect, VEEPS Shop is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen items.

International return shipping is not covered by VEEPS Shop. For service failures in international shipments, contact us promptly. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Store credit refunds are processed upon receiving the returned item. We are unable to refund any order until we receive the return of the item.

Can I exchange an item from my order?

We are unable to exchange item(s) in your order. If you would like a different size, color, or different item(s) you must return the original item(s) and place a new order. Unless you received wrong or damaged item(s), you will be responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) back to us.
