To redeem your Sweepstakes Coins (SC), start by making sure you meet the minimum balance requirement. You'll need at least 100 SC in prize winnings to redeem cash prize!
Once you have the required balance, head to the ‘Redeem Coins’ section in the main menu. If your account has already been verified for redemptions, you'll be taken to the next stage. If not, you'll be guided through a quick verification process before continuing.
From there, you can choose how you'd like to redeem your SC. You can select online banking or Debit Card. Just follow the on-screen instructions to enter your details and complete the request.
After submitting your redemption, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to three full business days for us to process your request. Once it’s processed on our end, the timing of the final payout may depend on your chosen payment provider.
