While the vast majority of our players engage honestly, a small minority may attempt to abuse the chargeback process. We want to be clear: filing a false or fraudulent chargeback is considered a criminal offense and may be reported to local law enforcement.
Our Chargeback Response Policy:
Every chargeback filed against Vegawin is fully investigated.
We dispute 100% of chargebacks and provide full supporting evidence to payment processors, card issuers, and if needed law enforcement.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred for criminal prosecution, potentially resulting in legal consequences and a permanent criminal record.

If a chargeback is proven to be fraudulent, we may also report the incident to major U.S. credit agencies. This can lead to:
Negative credit rating impacts
Difficulty applying for loans, credit cards, or mortgages
Inability to open or maintain bank accounts
Possible closure of existing accounts by financial institutions
Account Actions Taken:
If a chargeback is initiated, your Vegawin account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed. This helps protect the integrity of our payment systems. Any future accounts associated with the same user or payment method may also be automatically blocked by our fraud detection systems.
