If you are not receiving the email that you are expecting, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email ended up there.

  2. Check the sender's email address to ensure it is correct and that you have not accidentally blocked the sender (help@veliapp.io, support@veliapp.io or newsletter@veliapp.io).

  3. Check your email settings to ensure you have not accidentally enabled any filters or rules that could be blocking the email.

  4. If all else doesn't work, you can try accessing your email from a different device or browser to see if the issue is specific to your current setup.
