Why is my account suspended?

We cannot communicate why your account is suspended for legal reasons.

Veli has no incentive to deactivate any account since, as a broker for cryptocurrencies, we earn our money by providing trading for our users.

Therefore, we never block any accounts if we are not required to.

By messaging our customer support team, we would like to ask you to clarify the next steps and receive an explanation.

You can restart the verification by a tab on the user icon at the top right. Then tab on "View your personal information", "Edit personal information", update the data if required and then restart the verification process at the end.
