There are a few things you can try if your credit card is declined when trying to deposit funds to Veli:

  1. Check to ensure the credit card information you entered is correct and the card is active and not expired.

  2. Could you check to see if the credit card has enough available credit to complete the transaction?

  3. Contact your credit card issuer to ensure that they have not placed any holds or restrictions on the card that would prevent the transaction from being completed.

  4. If you use a debit card, could you check to see if enough funds are in your bank account to cover the transaction?

  5. Try using a different credit card or payment method, such as a bank transfer.

  6. If none of these steps fixes the issue, you may need to message us to see if we can help troubleshoot the problem.
