Read our step-by-step instructions on how to deposit funds via Card.
1. Open the Veli app on your phone device, and go to the “Trade” section.
2. Press the “Deposit via Card” button.
3. For the first purchase, we need to add card details first. To add a new card, press the 'ADD CARD' button.
4. Fill in the card information, and when you are done, press the 'Save card' button.
5. This leads us to the security window where you need to enter the code received from your card issuer, either via SMS or another method. Once you've entered the code, press the 'Continue' button.
6. We have now successfully added the card, and we can use it to make a deposit into the Veli account.
Our newly added card will be listed as the payment method.
7. Enter the amount in euros that you want to deposit into your Veli account in the 'Enter Amount' field.
When ready, click the 'Deposit' button."
8. In the security window, fill in the code that you have received from your card issuer.
When you are done, press the 'Continue' button.
9. That's it! We have successfully deposited euros into the Veli account.
Important notice when making a card deposit:
Please ensure that you are the owner of the card from which you are sending funds. The name on the card must match the name of the Veli account owner. While third-party deposits may be accepted automatically, you may be requested to provide proof of payment or a bank statement when making a withdrawal.
