It's very easy to buy cryptocurrencies with Veli. However, please keep in mind that you need to have your identity verified and EUR funds deposited via bank transfer or card into your Veli account in order to purchase cryptocurrencies. You can purchase more than 50 different cryptocurrencies through Veli.

Read our step-by-step instructions on how to buy cryptocurrencies on Veli below.

1. Open the Veli app and go to the “Trade” section.

2. To buy crypto, press the “Buy crypto” button.

3. Here you can choose from a list of available cryptocurrencies that you can buy.

In this example we will be buying Bitcoin, so we choose Bitcoin.

4. Then enter the amount that you wish to buy, either in Euro or in Bitcoin.

(You can switch between the Euro and the chosen cryptocurrency by pressing the small arrow button on the right side.)

5. When you are ready to continue, press the “Preview buy” button.

Here, you can see the amount of Bitcoin you are buying, as well as the current Bitcoin price and transaction details.

6. Before buying, you need to confirm that you accept the terms and conditions.

To complete the purchase simply press the “Buy” button.

7. The system will confirm that your transaction has been successfully processed.

Press the “Ok” button.

8. That’s it, you have successfully bought Bitcoin.

Your BTC will now be shown in the portfolio tab.
