How to contact customer support?

Veli provides direct chat support, allowing you to initiate a live chat with our customer support team and inquire about anything at your convenience.

Read our step-by-step instructions on how to contact customer support on Veli.

1. Open the Veli app on your phone device and select the “Mentor” tab.

2. To send a message to our customer support team, click 'Messages' at the top of the menu.

3. Now press the “Send us a message” button to start a conversation.

4. Here, you can type any question and ask our customer support for help.

Note: Before contacting customer support, check the 'Help' section in the app as some answers to your problem might already be there.

There, you can browse and find many answers about Veli, account setup, trading, and much more.

Security Alert: Veli does not provide phone support through direct phone calls. If anyone contacts you via your mobile phone, asserting they are from our support team, please report it promptly. Remember, Veli will never request your usernames or passwords! Your security is our priority.
