Read our step-by-step instructions on how to book a call with Mentor on Veli.

1. Open the Veli app on your phone device and select the “Mentor” tab.

2. To book a mentor call press the “Pick a slot” button.

3. This will open you a calendar where you can choose a suitable date for you.

4. By selecting the date, a new tab will open where you can choose a suitable time for a 15 min call with a mentor.

5. Choose the desired time and press the “Next” button.

6. A new tab will open with call details such as the time zone and the selected time.

7. The next step is to enter your personal details.

In the field “Name”, enter your name.

In the “Email” field, enter your email address.

8. If you want to add guests to this call, press the “Add guests” button.

Here you can enter the email address of up to 10 guests. They will all receive email invitations for this call.

9. If you want to add some notes to Mentor before the meeting, you can do so by leaving the note in the field below.

10. When you are ready to schedule a meeting, press the “Schedule event” button.

11. In the mentor tab, details about your meeting will now appear.

12. You will receive a call invitation at your email address, which will include a link for the meeting with a mentor.

You can join the meeting at the selected time via the received link.

And that’s it! You have successfully booked a call with a mentor.
