Step-by-step guide to signing up for Velo, covering business details, pickup location, plan selection, and payment. Clarifies software fees vs. delivery costs, with support and policy links included.

Step 1: Enter Your Business Information

After clicking on the signup link, you will be directed to the Business Info page. Here, you need to provide details about your brand.

Required Fields:

  • Business Type – Select the type of business from the dropdown menu.

  • First Name – Enter your first name.

  • Last Name – Enter your last name.

  • Business Name – Provide your official business name.

  • Velo ID – This will be your brand access name on Velo.

  • Owner ID – Input the identification number of the business owner.

  • Phone Number – Provide a valid phone number for your business.

  • Estimated Monthly Deliveries – Enter an estimate of your monthly shipment volume.

  • Website – Add your business website URL (starting with https://).

Once you have completed all the required fields, click the "Next" button to continue with the registration process.


Step 2: Enter Your Pickup Location

After providing your business information, you will be prompted to enter your main pickup location.

Required Fields:

  • Country – Select your country from the dropdown list.

  • Street Address – Enter your primary pickup street address. (Make sure to use the auto-completion).

  • House Number – Provide your house or building number.

  • Apt, Suite, etc. (Optional) – If applicable, enter your apartment or suite number.

  • City – Input the city of your pickup location.

  • State – Enter the state where your business operates.

  • Zip Code – Provide the postal code for your pickup location.

Once you have completed all the required fields, click the "Next" button to proceed.

Step 3: Select a Plan

At this stage, you will need to choose the right plan for your business. Velo offers three options:

Available Plans:

  • Flex (₪0/month) – Ideal for starting with on-demand deliveries, supporting one store with a built-in label generator.

  • Plus (₪39/month) – Boost your business with better delivery rates, multi-location support, and full access to the Velo Store.

  • Pro (₪129/month) – Unlock premium efficiency with improved rates, Velo Store discounts, and advanced AI-powered delivery optimization.

Once you have chosen your preferred plan, click "Next" to continue.

Step 4: Enter Your Payment Details

If you selected a paid plan, you will need to enter your payment details to proceed. Please note that this payment is for the software services, and the price for delivery is charged separately upon usage.

Required Fields:

  • Cardholder’s Full Name – Enter the name exactly as it appears on your card.

  • Phone Number – Provide a contact number associated with your account.

  • ID – Enter your identification number.

  • Card Number – Input your credit or debit card number.

  • Expiry Date – Enter the expiration date of your card.

  • CVV – Provide the three-digit security code from the back of your card.

  • Agreement – Check the box to agree to the privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Once all fields are correctly filled in, click "Next" to complete registration.
