Admin users can assume a user account to verify what the user can access and to confirm that setup is correct before sending the welcome email.
How to assume as a user:
Log in using Admin credentials.
Open Setup | Users.
Select the down arrow next to the user account and choose Assume as this user.
Verify access, especially dashboards and reporting.
Exit the assumed session using the crossed-out profile icon next to the username in the top menu.
