How to login using Single Sign-On

Users can sign in to Vemcount with their Microsoft work account instead of manually entering Vemcount credentials, provided that SSO has already been configured for the user.

You can sign in to Vemcount with your Microsoft work account instead of a Vemcount password, once your company has set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for you.

Before you start

  • Your company has set up SSO, and your Microsoft account is ready for Vemcount.

  • You are signed in to your Microsoft account on the work device you use for Vemcount.

  • Google Chrome is the preferred browser.

First login

  1. Open your browser and go to the Vemcount login page.

  2. Select Sign in with Microsoft below the blue sign-in button.

  3. If asked, choose the right Microsoft account.

  4. Review the Microsoft permission request and accept it.

  5. You are now logged in to Vemcount.

Next time, just select Sign in with Microsoft again.

If it does not work

  • Try again in a private or incognito browser window, so an old Microsoft session is not used.

  • Check that you picked the right Microsoft account.

  • Ask your Vemcount administrator to check that your user is active and has the right role and location access. SSO only handles the login; your access is still set in Vemcount.

  • Administrators: see How to set up Single Sign-On (Microsoft Entra ID / Office 365).

When to contact support

If you still cannot log in, contact your Vemcount administrator or support@vemcogroup.com. Include your email address, your company name, the time you tried to log in and a screenshot of the error message.
