Settings menu items

Companies

View, manage, and navigate your company and location hierarchy. Access all sub-locations and their configurations.

Devices

Search and manage all sensors across all locations. Check online/offline status, view device details, move sensors between locations, connect remotely, and deactivate devices.

Users

Create, edit, and delete user accounts. Assign permissions, roles, and company/location access. Impersonate users for troubleshooting.

Data Manager

Manage footfall data — import, edit, export, and download templates. Manage sales data and use simple footfall tools.

Health Issues

Monitor device health alerts. View all sensors with connectivity issues. Set up notification rules and escalation paths for when sensors go offline or produce anomalous data.

Views

Get a complete overview of all locations, companies, and devices in the account.

Branding

White-label configuration — custom login domain, logo upload, CSS overrides, colour themes, and Microsoft Entra ID / OAuth setup for SSO.

Services

Manage subscriptions, licenses, server allocations, gateways, screens, and email/SMS usage allowances.

Sensor Periods

Configure data retention periods per sensor.

Currencies

Set and manage the currencies used across sales and revenue reporting.

Who can access Settings?

The Settings menu is visible to Admin users and users with the Manage Users permission. Some sections (Branding, Services) may be restricted to account-level admins only.

Best practice: Regularly review the Health Issues section to catch offline sensors early. A sensor that goes offline undetected can cause data gaps that cannot be backfilled.
