The Tenant module provides shopping centre and property managers with analytics comparing tenant performance, revenue, and footfall across locations. Access it via the Tenant menu in the top navigation.
Tenant module pages
Turnover Statistics | Revenue per tenant/location for a selected month. Select locations, choose a month, click Apply, then Export to download as Excel. |
Sales Data | Detailed sales data per tenant integrated via POS or ERP systems. |
Industry Statistics | Benchmark your locations against industry averages for your retail sector. |
Mall Statistics | Aggregated visitor data across the entire mall — peak hours, tenant comparisons, total footfall overview. |
Missing Revenue | Identify tenants who have not yet submitted their turnover data for the reporting period. |
Revenue Reporting Status | Track which tenants have completed revenue reporting and which are outstanding. |
Group Overlap | Analyse visitor overlap between tenant groups — identify customers who visited multiple tenants in the same session. |
Accessing Turnover Statistics
Click Tenant in the top navigation.
Select Turnover Statistics.
Select one or more locations.
Choose a one-month period.
Click Apply.
Click Export to download the data as an Excel file.
Note: The Tenant module requires the Tenant analytics module to be enabled on your account, and tenants must have revenue reporting or POS data integration configured. Contact your account manager if this module is not visible.
