Milesight offers a full suite of IoT sensors that directly support ESG reporting — energy monitoring, air quality, water management, and smart control — beyond just occupancy counting. All connect via LoRaWAN to Vemcount IoT dashboards. Gateway required: Milesight UG65/UG67/SG50 → ttn.vemcount.app UDP 1700.

🔌 Energy monitoring

CT10x Series — Smart Current Transformers (circuit-level energy metering)

The core ESG energy sensor. Non-invasive clamp-on design — installs on live wires in existing panels without cutting power or rewiring. Provides circuit-level consumption data for Scope 2 carbon calculations.

Drops straight into existing wall boxes as a direct retrofit replacement for standard switches. Adds LoRaWAN remote control AND per-circuit energy monitoring simultaneously.

EM300-DI — Pulse Counter (utility meter integration)

Connects to any existing meter with pulse output — water meters, gas meters, electricity meters. Converts pulses to wireless LoRaWAN data. The fastest path to utility submetering without replacing meters.

AM Series — Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) sensors

Indoor air quality is a core ESG-Social metric. CO₂ >1000ppm causes measurable cognitive decline; optimal range is 400–800ppm.

AM102 / AM102L

CO₂ + Temperature/Humidity. Entry level, up to 9 years battery.

AM103 / AM103L

CO₂ + Temperature + Humidity. Tri-colour LED + emoticon display. 3–4 year battery. NDIR double-band CO₂ (factory calibrated). NFC config.

AM307 / AM308

9-in-1: CO₂, Temperature, Humidity, Light, TVOC, PM2.5, PM10, Barometric pressure + HCHO or O₃. E-ink display option.

AM319

Full 9-in-1 IAQ with E-ink screen and emoticon comfort indicator. Comprehensive parameter set for WELL/BREEAM evidence.

Coverage guide: 1 sensor per 100–150m² for offices and classrooms. High-traffic areas require additional coverage.

ESG uses: WELL Building certification, BREEAM credits, demand-controlled ventilation (auto-trigger HVAC on CO₂ levels), occupant health KPIs, IAQ compliance reporting.

Best ESG ROI combination: AM103 CO₂ sensors + Milesight WT thermostats or HVAC controllers via D2D. HVAC activates automatically when CO₂ exceeds threshold — maintains air quality while eliminating unnecessary ventilation energy use. This is demand-controlled ventilation without BMS integration.

EM500-CO2 — Outdoor CO₂ sensor

Industrial outdoor CO₂ + Temperature + Humidity + Barometric pressure. NDIR double-band sensor. Up to 15km rural range. For perimeter carbon monitoring, greenhouse gas stations, outdoor campus air quality, and carbon capture verification.

💧 Water management

EM500-SWL — Submersible Water Level Sensor

Measures liquid levels in wells, tanks, and open water — essential for water consumption monitoring and conservation. Designed for harsh outdoor environments.

ESG uses: Water tank level monitoring, rainwater harvesting, irrigation consumption tracking, flood early warning.

ESG data in Vemcount

All sensor data flows via LoRaWAN gateway to Vemcount's IoT dashboard. Configure:
