User list

Path: Settings gear > Users. Columns: Username, Name/Email, Base Company, Created, Last Activity. Buttons: Create demo user (testing only), + Add user, Restore user. Search, order-by and per-page controls.

Per-user menu

  • Edit — user details, role, company assignment

  • Send welcome email — sends login credentials to the user

  • Assume as this user — log in as the user (impersonation)

  • Edit permissions / View permissions

  • Delete — soft-delete, recoverable via Restore user

Admin impersonation ("Assume as this user")

Starts a real impersonation session — the admin's session switches to the selected user's account and sees exactly what they see, including their dashboards, reports and data scope. It does not require the user's password.

Impersonation is for support and troubleshooting only. The admin is acting inside a real user's account; treat anything done during the session as if the user did it, and exit when finished.
