TDI setup note: In the official TDI integration guide, Vemcount specifies Server Address:data.vemcount.com, Server Directory:/ss/tdi, and port 80 for HTTP or 443 for HTTPS. The guide also recommends using XML instead of JSON if special characters or spaces may cause push-format issues.

Additional setup notes

  • In the TDI sensor, go to Server Config and enter the Vemcount server details.

  • Use the sensor's Test Setting function to confirm that the push connection works.

  • If JSON formatting causes issues, switch to XML as recommended in the official guide.
