Types of Permissions
This article explains how permissions are structured in Vemcount and what each permission allows a user to do. Permissions are assigned per user and are grouped into functional categories to make access control easier to manage.

Access levels
Depending on the permission, access can be set to one of several levels. Not every permission uses the same set of options.
Level | Description |
Off | No access to the permission or feature. |
View | Read-only access where the user can see the feature but cannot change it. |
Manage | Full access to configure, edit, create, delete, or otherwise manage the feature. |
Full access | Full access to all permissions within the section. |
View only | Read-only access across the section where that option is available. |
Note: Some sections can also be controlled with a section-wide toggle such as View only or Full access.
