Summary: Users who cannot log in can request a password reset email from the login page.
How to reset a forgotten password
Open a web browser and go to the Vemcount login page.
Select the Forgot link.
Enter the email address associated with the user account.
Select Send password reset link.
Open the password reset email and continue from the link provided.
