Age & Gender / Demographics not showing? This feature needs a specific license and a compatible sensor. If the widget is blank, usually the license isn't active for that location or the sensor doesn't support demographics. Tell me the site and I'll check whether your account has the license enabled.
Gender or age looks wrong, flat, or "not working"? Demographics are sensor-dependent — common on Milesight (e.g. VS121/VS125) and Xovis with the people-attributes licence:
If gender shows the same split over time or stops updating, the sensor may need re-calibration or the firmware/attributes licence isn't fully active.
If it's a new requirement (you want gender added to an existing sensor), it usually needs the add-on licence plus a compatible sensor/firmware — I can route this to the team.

Occupancy, dwell, or queue widgets? These are real-time dashboard widgets:
Live Inside / Occupancy — people currently inside (entries minus exits). If it drifts or shows people inside after closing, it usually needs an occupancy reset or one counting direction is off.
Dwell / Queue — how many people wait and for how long.
