How Meeting Costs Are Determined
The credit cost of a Sagetap session varies depending on the size of a Sage's company, seniority, and the length of the session.
Each Sage is assigned a default credit rate for a 30-minute session. If a session is scheduled for longer than 30 minutes, a call length multiplier is applied to the base rate. The multiplier increases the cost proportionally in 15-minute increments.
You will always know the cost of meeting a Sage prior to accepting an application.
How Sage Intent Affects Meeting Cost
In addition to factors reviewed above, the cost to meet with a Sage on Sagetap is also influenced by Sage Intent. This exists as a field on a Sage's application where they indicate their current level of interest in exploring or purchasing new solutions.
The intent levels are:
Low – “I’m just learning”
Medium – “I’m exploring the solution for a potential initiative”
High – “I’m evaluating the solution for an active initiative”
To reflect the likelihood of a purchase, Sages with lower intent levels result in discounted meeting costs for vendors:
40% discount for Low intent
20% discount for Medium intent
No discount for High intent
We include this to ensure vendors get fair value based on where the Sage is in their buying journey, while encouraging meaningful conversations that can benefit both sides.
Credit Pricing and Discounts
By default, all Sagetap Vendors are on our Ad Hoc pay-as-you-go plan where $1 = 1 credit.
We offer a 10% discount ($0.9/credit) for upfront purchases of 50K credits or above and a 15% discount ($0.85/credit) for upfront purchases of 200K credits or above. Once pre-purchased credits are consumed, Vendors are automatically transitioned to our Ad Hoc plan and can continue to consume.
The Ad Hoc plan has Net 10 payment terms while pre-purchased credits have Net 30 payment terms.
