Every business on Vendy has a unique vendor code, QR code, or terminal link after signing up.
Customers can interact with a business, buy a product, or pay for a service by using either of the above.
Vendor Code/ Payment Terminal Link
You can visit the web page www.myvendy.com/whatsapp or request for the Business Terminal Link of the business you want to pay.
Click on Continue on the app.
Follow the prompt message.
Select the service you would like to pay for or the amount you would like to pay.
Download the invoice and click on show options.
Select where you would like to pay from and authorize the transaction.
A receipt will be generated at the end of the transaction.

Request for the QR code from a Vendy Vendor.
Point your smartphone's camera at the QR code, ensuring that it's in focus and well-lit. The scanner app will automatically detect the QR code and display its content on your screen.
Once the QR code is scanned, you will be directed to the business terminal on WhatsApp.; where you will get to interact with Vendy.
An invoice will be generated which shows the recipient's name or business name, payment amount, and any additional notes.
Kindly review and download the invoice.
Click on show options and select the payment method you would love to complete the transaction with.
Authorize the transaction to complete payment.
Upon successful payment, an instant notification will be sent to both the merchant and the customer, regardless of whether the transaction was initiated by the merchant or the customer.

Launch the Vendy dashboard and log in.
The payment request invoice is on the dashbord's landing page.
Request for payment using the customer’s phone number.
Enter the amount you are to receive from the customer.
Send a payment request via WhatsApp.
The payment request has been successfully sent.
The vendor is still in the know of how the transaction is going on the customer's side of things. There is a screen that shows the progress of the Payment transaction.
These are the simple steps an end user needs to follow after receiving the payment request as a WhatsApp notification.
· Customer clicks Pay Now to proceed
· Customer selects the preferred payment option
· Customer authorizes payment
· The transaction is completed.
