Login and verification codes are sent from notifications@venice.ai. If the code is not arriving:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Add notifications@venice.ai to your allowlist or safe senders so the code is not filtered.
Request a new code from the sign-in page and enter it on the website.
The verification code must be entered on the Venice website. Replying to the email does not complete sign-in. If codes still do not arrive after allowlisting, contact support so the email address can be checked against the delivery block list.
