If image generation is producing black or broken output, try:
Refreshing the page.
Logging out and back in.
Trying a different browser or an incognito/private window.
Checking that the Mature Filter is set correctly in Settings under General.
If it continues, note which browser and operating system you are using so it can be investigated.
