You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings at https://venice.ai/subscription. When you cancel, your access stays active until the end of your current billing period, then the account reverts to Free. Any remaining credits will not be banked or carried over after the subscription ends. For Apple subscribers, go to your device’s Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, and cancel the Pro subscription. Note that the monthly subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Monthly Pro subscriptions cannot be extended or prepaid before their renewal date without starting a new billing cycle. Canceling and resubscribing early will initiate a new billing period immediately, and any unused days from the previous period will not be credited or refunded. To pay ahead, consider upgrading from a monthly to an annual subscription instead.
