What is the refund policy?

Venice subscriptions are generally non-refundable once payment is processed. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel before your next billing cycle and keep access through the end of your current paid period. To manage or cancel, visit https://venice.ai/subscription

What is refundable

Credits may be refunded or reissued for technical failures, including:

  • Errors during generation that result in no usable output

  • Session expiration mid-run

  • Unexpected errors during processing

  • Runs lost while queued or processing These scenarios are considered "failed generations" as they result in no usable output.

Refunds for technical failures are typically processed automatically. In rare cases, credits may also be added as a one-time goodwill gesture at the discretion of the Venice.ai team — this is not a guaranteed policy.

What is not refundable

  • Completed generations that do not match the desired look, quality, or prompt — these are considered output-quality issues rather than technical failures.

  • Subscriptions, as per the Terms of Service. You can stop future charges by canceling auto-renewal; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Generations that are marked as completed in the system (e.g., in Studio → Library or Settings → Usage).

  • Outputs that contain visual artifacts or other quality issues.

Refund timeline

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement after processing. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to review credit usage and refunds

Navigate to Settings → Usage in your Venice.ai account for a detailed breakdown of your transactions and any applicable refunds. You can also check completed generations in Studio → Library to verify their status.
