DIEM can be unstaked after a 1-day cooldown. To unlock sVVV, burn the same amount of DIEM you minted; partial burns are allowed. Once unlocked, sVVV can be unstaked with a 7-day cooldown. If you sold the DIEM you minted, you must re-acquire the same amount before you can unlock the sVVV. Burning DIEM only unlocks the sVVV originally locked when that DIEM was minted; buying and burning DIEM on the market does not create new sVVV.
