How can I manage and increase my voice chat quota in Venice.ai?

Live Voice time is included with your subscription. It is a 30-day allowance, not a daily or calendar-month reset. The window resets 30 days after that voice period started.

  • Free: 0 hours

  • Pro: 1 hour / 30 days

  • Pro Plus: 5 hours / 30 days

  • Max: 20 hours / 30 days

Purchased credits do not add or extend Live Voice time. Credits are for pay-per-use features such as video, music, frontier models, premium image models, and API usage. Once the Live Voice allowance is used, you can wait for the 30-day reset or move to a higher plan for more hours.

Understanding Voice Chat Quotas

Voice chat in Conversation Mode is not unlimited, even on paid plans. Each subscription plan includes a specific voice chat quota per billing cycle. Once this quota is exhausted, voice chat will temporarily stop working, but text chat remains available. This ensures uninterrupted communication while the voice quota rebuilds.

Checking Your Remaining Voice Chat Quota

To monitor your voice chat usage and remaining quota:

  1. Open the Venice.ai app.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Select Storage and Limits.

  4. Look for the Conversation Mode section to view your remaining voice time.

This allows you to stay informed about your usage and plan accordingly.

Increasing Your Voice Chat Quota

If you frequently hit your voice chat limit, you can increase your quota by upgrading to a higher subscription plan. To do this:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in the app.

  2. Select a higher-tier plan that offers more voice chat time.

  3. Restart the app after upgrading to apply the new quota.

This ensures you have sufficient voice chat time for your needs.
