The Geofence feature enables you to attach the NFT to a real-world location and configure a fencing radius around it. Once configured, only the users from the fencing radius can collect the NFT given that their GPS shows them to be in that area.

You can enable and configure the Geofence feature by updating a current NFT build. Follow the steps below to enable and configure the Geofence feature.

  1. Ensure that you are logged in to your Vennity Dashboard account.

  2. On the Menu, click the BUILD option and select the verse where the NFT was created.

  3. In the NFTs panel, find and click the NFT name to select.

  4. The selected NFT opens and displays the Options tab by default. To update the Geofence, click the Location tab.

  5. Scroll down and find the Geofence option. Click its ON/OFF toggle to enable/disable the Geofence feature.

  6. Use the Search Bar to find the location where you want to set the item’s Geofence. Enter a keyword on the search bar to populate suggested locations.

  7. Click the location where you want to pin the NFT.

  8. To configure the fencing radius, click and drag the Meter Radius toggle to set the fencing radius. To set the radius smaller, click and drag the toggle to the Left. To increase the radius, click and drag the toggle to the Right. It is important to note that you can set the maximum fencing radius up to 1.50 kilometers.

  9. Review all the changes and if you are all set, click the Save button.
