When it comes to uploading Reference Data to Ventory’s platform, you have two options:
Individually
In Bulk
In this article, we go through step-by-step process of uploading Reference Data individually.
Step 1 : Navigate to “Reference Data” > go to the three dots on the top right corner > Click on “New”
Step 2 : Enter the Product Number, Product Name and rest of the details associated with the product > Click on “Create”
Note: The Product Number and Name are required fields. The Unit of Measure field offers a dropdown menu with various options for selecting the units in which your products can be measured.
Step 3: You've successfully updated the reference data for a product on Ventory’s platform. The product now appears on the Reference Data dashboard. To view more details, simply click on the product.
