Renew Membership Flow
Log in to the MMM portal.
Locate the membership in the Memberships tab.

📒 NOTE
If you log in with a reference code and last name, the membership is displayed immediately.
Press the Renew Membership button.
Renew Membership
Select one of the available options:
Renew Today - the new membership starts immediately and is extended by the number of days already used. The price may be proportionately discounted.
This option is available if the membership was purchased at least one day ago.
📒 NOTE
The price of a renewal is calculated proportionally based on the number of days used.
[membership product price] / [validity days] * [days valid]📘 EXAMPLE
A £10 membership valid for 30 days, renewed on day 28, costs:
10 / 30 * 28 = £9.33
Renew After Current Term - the new membership starts after the existing membership expires. This option is charged at the full price and extends the membership by the full validity period.
📒 NOTE
If the 'Voucher Validity Roundup' field is enabled in the product:
The expiry date will round up to the nearest week, month, or year.
For example, if rounding up to the nearest month is configured, a membership that would normally expire on July 20 will instead expire on July 31, with no change in price.
Select Renewal Option
Press the Continue button.
Review the renewal price, then press Pay Now to complete the purchase.
Pay Now
After successful payment, a confirmation banner appears at top of the screen, and the new validity period is displayed.
