How to Use the Household Level

The Household Level appears when you select a specific household on the Households page.

Creating Households

When a new membership is purchased and the order includes a last name or company name, a household record is automatically created in the Dashboard.

Order - Customer Details

In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Bookings > Households or Bookings > Members. Each row represents a distinct household (Households table) or member (Members table).

Member Profile

  • Member Information - displays the member's name, country flag and contact details.

    Press the SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL button to verify the member's email (and mobile number, if provided).

Any past or future bookings made with the same verified email or mobile number are automatically linked to the member profile.

Member Activity

  • Memberships - lists all membership associated with the member, including active and expired ones. Displays validity periods (Valid From / Expires On) and auto-renewal status.

Use the options on the right-hand side of each membership row to manage a membership. Options include:

  • Bookings - view bookings linked to the membership

  • Scans - view scans linked to the membership

  • + New Order - create a new booking using the selected membership

  • Disable / Enable Auto-Renew - toggle automatic renewal

  • Renew - manually renew the membership

  • MEMBER BOOKINGS - redirects to the Bookings table, filtered to the member's bookings (across all memberships)

  • MEMBER SCANS - redirects to the Scans table, filtered to the member's scans (across all memberships)

  • + NEW MEMBERSHIP - create a new membership booking

  • HOUSEHOLD BOOKINGS - redirects to the Bookings table, filtered to bookings made by any household member

  • HOUSEHOLD SCANS - redirects to the Scans table, filtered to scans across all household members

Logs

All updates to the household are recorded at the bottom of the household level.

To view specific types of logs, switch between

  • User Comments

  • System Updates

  • Webhooks, or

  • All Logs tab for a complete list of logs.

These logs capture essential information regarding modifications to members, orders, including who made the changes, what was updated, and any additional notes provided by users.
