Creating Households
When a new membership is purchased and the order includes a last name or company name, a household record is automatically created in the Dashboard.
Order - Customer Details
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Bookings > Households or Bookings > Members. Each row represents a distinct household (Households table) or member (Members table).

Destination | auto-selected based on the initial membership purchased by the primary member |
Full Adress | address provided by the primary member during the initial membership purchase |

Zip/Postal Code | primary member's address (zip number or postal code) |
Country | primary member's address country of residence |
Household Overview - a summary of household activity
Household Metadata
Metadata | Description |
Lifetime Value | total value of bookings made by all members of the household |
Household For | time elapsed since the household was created |
Total Visits | number of redemptions by all member |
Last Visit | most recent redemption by any member |
Reference | unique alphanumeric household ID |
Member Profile
Member Information - displays the member's name, country flag and contact details.
Press the SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL button to verify the member's email (and mobile number, if provided).
š NOTE
Any past or future bookings made with the same verified email or mobile number are automatically linked to the member profile.

Member Activity
Memberships - lists all membership associated with the member, including active and expired ones. Displays validity periods (Valid From / Expires On) and auto-renewal status.

Use the options on the right-hand side of each membership row to manage a membership. Options include:
Bookings - view bookings linked to the membership
Scans - view scans linked to the membership
+ New Order - create a new booking using the selected membership
Disable / Enable Auto-Renew - toggle automatic renewal
Renew - manually renew the membership
