Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure you are working in the correct SPV before adding or modifying any investor records.

  • Double-check commitment amounts, fees, and dates before saving to avoid data entry errors.

  • Use Modify only when you need to update an existing investor record.

  • If creating a new investor, confirm whether the investor should be added as an individual or an entity.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Have investor details ready before starting to reduce back-and-forth between screens.

  • Verify the investor already exists in the platform before creating a new record.

  • Review the SPV investor list after each addition or update to confirm the change saved correctly.

  • Use consistent naming and accurate email addresses to avoid duplicate records.
