Simplifying E-Signatures on the Platform

  1. Accessing E-Signatures

    • Navigate to funds or SPVs

    • Click on the SPV you need documents for

    • Select e-signatures

    • Click on build template

  2. Building the Template

    • Name the template

    • Customize the message

    • Upload subscription files

    • Assign roles (e.g., investor)

    • Set signer order if needed

  3. Placing Fields

    • Open the document

    • Add text boxes

    • Align fields neatly

    • Populate investor commitment amount from the platform

  4. Adding Information

    • Input investor details (name, date, etc.)

    • Align fields if desired

  5. Saving and Sending

    • Save the template

    • Confirm changes

    • Documents are ready for use

    • Select recipients

    • Confirm and request signatures

  6. Sending to Investors

    • Documents are sent to investors for e-signatures
