An overview of Venture360 for investors who are new to the platform.

Please watch the video above and review the steps below to guide you through your first visit to the Venture360 portal.


Step 1: Access the Welcome Email

  • Locate the welcome email sent by your investment group.

  • Click the link in the email to register your profile on Venture 360.


Step 2: Register Your Account

  • If you already have a Venture 360 account with another group, click the "Merge Account" tab.

    • Enter your email and password to consolidate access under one login.

  • Create a password for your new account and complete registration.


Step 3: Sign In and Verification

  • Sign in with your newly created password.

  • Enter the verification code sent to your email. This step ensures account security.


Step 4: Provide Accreditation Information (If Required)

  • If you're an investor, fill in your accreditation details by checking the appropriate boxes.

  • If you are not an investor (e.g., a financial manager or spouse), skip this step.


Step 5: Complete Your Profile

  • Add necessary details:

    • Tax information

    • Birthdate

    • Address (important for K-1 forms)

    • Tax ID (only if required by your investment group).

  • You can skip disbursement preferences unless you expect an immediate payout.

  • Click “Save Changes” when finished.


Step 6: Access Your Investor Portal

  • After completing your profile, navigate to your investor portal.

  • Review outstanding items such as:

    • Investment documents that need signing (accessible via email).

    • Invoices ready for funding.


Step 7: Manage Capital Call Invoices

  • Access your invoices through the portal or via email link.

  • Obtain wire instructions from the Venture 360 platform (secured behind a firewall).

  • Once the invoice is paid, it will move from the “Outstanding” tab to the “Paid” tab.


Step 8: Add an Investment Entity (If Applicable)

  • Notify your investment group if you are using an entity such as a trust, LLC, or IRA for investments.

  • Your dashboard will show the cumulative value of all your investment vehicles, but you can filter by individual entities.


Step 9: View Your Portfolio

  • Click “Portfolio” to see an overview of your investments:

    • Specific companies or SPVs you are invested in.

    • Portfolio allocation by industry and asset class (will diversify as you invest more).


Step 10: Access Files and Updates

  • Uploaded files related to your profile are located in the "Files" section.

  • SPV-specific files or updates will be in the SPV profile.


Step 11: Manage Multiple Investment Groups (If Applicable)

  • Use the dropdown menu to toggle between groups if you are invested with multiple groups using Venture 360.


Final Step: Explore and Monitor

  • Regularly monitor your dashboard for new investment opportunities and updates.

  • Review your portfolio and allocation to track diversification.
