Steps to resolve first-time login issues.

If you’re trying to log in to Venture360 for the first time and haven’t accessed the platform before, you may encounter issues. Here’s what you need to know and how to resolve them:


Why “Forgot Password” Won’t Work

If you’ve never accessed the platform before, selecting the “Forgot Password” option will not work. This feature only applies to users who have already completed the registration process and set up their account.


What to Do Next

  1. Contact Support: If you’ve never logged in, you’ll need to reach out to us to request your registration invitation.

    • Send an email to support@venture360.com or use the chat button in the lower right corner of your screen.

    • Include the following details:

      • Your name

      • The email address associated with your account

      • The name of your fund or investment group (if applicable)

  2. Check Your Email: Once we resend the registration invitation, check your inbox for the invitation link. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

  3. Complete Registration: Follow the instructions in the registration email to create your password and access the platform for the first time.


Additional Tips

  • If you believe you already registered but can’t log in, double-check your email for a confirmation from Venture360. If you don’t find one, it’s possible your registration wasn’t completed.

  • Ensure you’re using the email address associated with your account.
