Steps to Grant Access:
Create a Subgroup
Navigate to the Investors tab in your dashboard.
Click on Subgroups and then select + Add Subgroup.
Name the Subgroup
Provide a unique name for the subgroup (e.g., “Smith Investments” for a family).
Add Both Parties as Admins
Select both individuals to be added as Admins in the subgroup.
Add Both Individuals as Investors
Ensure that each person has an Investor Profile.
Even if one party is not an investor, they’ll need a profile to act as a user account.
Add both profiles as Investors in the subgroup.
Access Investments
When the other individual logs into their profile, they can click on the Investors tab at the top of their dashboard.
They’ll see the other party's name listed. By selecting the name, they’ll be able to view the investments.
Additional Use Cases
This setup is not limited to spouses. You can use the same process to grant access to:
Investment managers
Financial advisors
Business partners
Notes
Each party must have their own login credentials.
Subgroup admins can manage the account details and oversee the investments within the subgroup.
