If an investor has not completed their registration or needs a new invitation, you can easily resend the registration invitation through your Venture360 platform. Here's how:
Steps to Resend Registration Invitations:
Navigate to the Investors tab in the top navigation bar.
Search for the investor you want to resend the invitation to using the search bar or by scrolling through the list.
Next to their name, you will see Never as their last login date if they've never logged in to the platform.
Click on the investor’s name to open their profile.
Click on Account in the menu under their name.
Scroll down to the Login Information section. If their registration is incomplete, you will see an option to resend the invitation.
Click the Resend Registration Invitation button. This will send a new email invitation to the investor's registered email address.
Inform the investor to check their inbox and spam/junk folder for the invitation email.
Notes:
Ensure the investor's email address is correct in their profile before resending the invitation.
If the investor does not receive the email, advise them to add the Venture360 domain to their safe sender list or contact support for further assistance.
This process ensures a seamless onboarding experience for your investors while giving them another opportunity to complete their registration.
