Capital calls are essential for managing investments, and there may be times when you need to update or remove one. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to edit or delete a capital call within Venture360.
Editing a Capital Call
Navigate to the SPV or Fund:
Access the Calls Section:
Find the Capital Call:
Locate the specific capital call you need to edit in the list.
Edit the Call:
Click the three dots (...) menu next to the call (on the far right).
Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
Make the necessary changes, such as updating the amount, due date, or fees.
Save your changes.
Deleting a Capital Call
Navigate to the Capital Call:
Follow the same steps above to locate the capital call you wish to delete.
Remove the Call:
Click the three dots (...) menu next to the call.
Select Remove from the dropdown menu.
Confirm the deletion. Note that removing a capital call is permanent and cannot be undone.
Additional Actions
Send a Reminder:
From the same dropdown menu, you can also select Send Reminder to notify investors about the capital call.
Export or Edit Columns:
Use the options at the top of the list to export call data or adjust column visibility for easier management.
