If you find duplicate entries for the same investor in your platform, you can merge them to consolidate their information into one profile. Here’s how to do it:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  • Navigate to the "Investors" tab in the top menu.

  • Identify the two duplicate investor entries:

    • Determine which profile you want to keep. This will become the master profile.

  • Return to the master profile (the one you want to keep):

    • Click the three-dot menu next to the investor's name.

    • Select the "Merge" option from the dropdown.

  • Enter the Investor ID of the duplicate profile into the empty field.

  • Click "Confirm and Merge" to consolidate the two profiles.

Important Notes:

  • Merging investors is only available for individual investor profiles, not associated entities.

  • After merging, all information from the duplicate profile will be transferred to the master profile, and the duplicate will be deleted.

By following these steps, you can maintain a clean and organized investor database.
