Click Management > Settings in the top navigation.
Click Configuration in the left navigation.
Review the link for Entrepreneur Applications. This is the URL you will give to entrepreneurs to apply for funding and to potential investors to register with your group. From the dropdown menu, you can select which application you want to use by default.
Allow investors to view Deal Pipeline: Enabling this will allow your investors to view deals in your pipeline. You can also opt to segment their visibility. Disable this to restrict visibility to the pipeline completely.
Segment Deal Pipeline: Enabling segmentation of the pipeline allows you to choose which deals in the pipeline an investor will see. You do not have to enable visibility of the entire pipeline at once, unless you want or need to.
Entrepreneur registration through URL above will allow entrepreneurs to apply via the URL above. If you choose to disable this, entrepreneurs will not have access to your application.
Accept shared deals from other Groups/Companies: We allow a community of sharing on Venture360. It's a great way to get exposure to new deals. Enabling this will allow other groups or entrepreneurs to share deals they think you might be interested in.
Allow investors to view Companies & Company Profiles: You can allow your investors to view all portfolio company profiles, even if they have not invested in that company. Disable this if you only want them to see profiles for the companies they have invested in.
Enable discussions on all companies: Enabling discussions for companies allows you to communicate to the entrepreneur as well as amongst the admins and investors in your group about the company. You can ask the company to answer follow up questions, discuss investment potential within your group, or use it as a place to take notes.
Investor Registration Through URL
Allow: Enables investors to register through the provided registration URL.
Disable: Disables the registration URL, preventing investors from signing up through it.
Investor Visibility to Other Investors
Show: Allows investors to view the profile overview of other investors in the group.
Block: Restricts visibility so that only admins can view investor profiles.
Note: Only the investor profile overview will be visible to non-admins.
Subgroup Visibility for Investors
Show: Allows investors to see subgroups within the group.
Block: Hides subgroup visibility from investors.
Note: Subgroups will always remain visible to group admins.
Require Investors to Define Self Accreditation
Require: Investors must provide self-accreditation information before viewing or committing to deals.
Make Optional: Investors can interact with the platform without first providing accreditation information.
Accreditation Country
Select the appropriate country for investor accreditation requirements from the dropdown menu.
Automatically Send Weekly Registration Email Reminders to Unregistered Investors
Enabled: Sends weekly registration reminders to new investors for three weeks. After this period, registration invitations must be sent manually through the investor’s profile.
Disabled: No automatic reminders will be sent. Registration invitations must be managed manually.
Allow Periodic AML Checks on Investors
Enable: Activates regular Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verifications for investors. These checks will be visible on the investor list.
Disable: Disables AML verifications.
Note: AML checks are only visible to group admins.
You can opt to have reminders for unpaid invoices automatically sent to your investors. They will be sent weekly until they are manually marked as paid

You can opt to have reminders for e-signatures automatically sent to your investors. They will be sent every three days until they are signed.
You can choose to sort the company discussions oldest to newest, or newest to oldest.
