Click Companies > Deal Pipeline in the top navigation.

Click the Create New Deal card to create a new deal (may appear grey or green on your screen).

Click on the Create New Deal card.

Select the company from the drop down. If this is a new company not yet in your portfolio, click + New Company.

Follow the on screen instructions for creating a new deal, then click Create Deal.
