Click Companies > Entrepreneur Application in the top navigation.

Click Create a new application in the top right corner.

Give your application a name, then click "Next Section".

To add a new question, click the + button and select the type of question you want to add.

To reorder the screening questions, click the grey up/down arrows, then drag them in the order you want them.

Once the application is complete, change the status to Publish to make it public.

Note: The purpose of the screening questions is to filter out companies who do not meet your minimum requirements for funding. All screening questions require yes/no responses, and anyone answering no to any question will be notified that they do not meet the qualifications for funding and to check back with they do. This enables you to spend more time on the companies who do qualify without wasting time on those that don't.
