What Information Does Vera Collect When Creating An Account?

Once you’ve created a username and password for Vera, Vera features 3 key steps to gather information to make sure that it is producing the right music for a listener's mind as best as it possibly can.

These steps and questions are as follows:

Step 1

  • What is your name?

  • What is your gender?

  • What is your date of birth?

Click the “next” button

Step 2

  • Where were you born?

  • What is your main language?

  • What country did you spend the most of your time between the ages 14-35?

Click the “next” button

Step 3

  • What genres of music do you like? (pick at least 1)

  • What are some of your favourite artists? (click “add artist” and select at least 1 artist name)

Vera does of course require credit card information when you a subscription is being paid for, however this information is protected by our secure third-party payment software Stripe (https://stripe.com/au).
