If there's a shift on your schedule that shouldn't contribute to PPD calculations, Veras allows you to exclude those hours. Here’s how you can do it:

Step by Step Instructions
1. Go to Schedule on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the Shift you would like to exclude from PPD, then select the PPD icon to Exclude from PPD calculation
A slash going through the PPD button indicates that those hours are being excluded from the PPD calculation.
