There are four ways to create a project:

  1. From the Projects page

  2. While ordering a single piece of content

  3. While ordering content in bulk

  4. While viewing delivered content

1. Create a project from the Projects page

First, navigate to the Projects page. If you've already created a project, it will show up here.

Next, press the "Create a project" button on the top right.

Add a title to your project and click "Create project".

Your new project is live! From this page, you can edit the project title and see how many requests you've assigned to that project. Learn more about that page here.

2. Create a project while ordering a single piece of content

Start your single request order (learn more here). While on Step One, click the "Assign to project (optional) dropdown.

Click the "add new project" hyperlink on the bottom right side of the dropdown.

Name your project and click the "Create project" button.

Your new project has automatically been assigned to your request! If you need to make changes to the project, you can reopen the dropdown. You can also change the project assignment on Step Three, the Confirm Order page.

3. Create a project while ordering content in bulk

You can also assign a project to content ordered with a bulk request. It's easy! First, start your bulk request order (learn more here). On Step Three (Confirm Order), click the "assign to project" hyperlink.

When the dropdown opens, click the "Add new project" hyperlink.

Name your project and click "Create project"!

Your bulk request is now assigned to a project! Once the bulk request has been ordered, each piece of content within will be assigned to the project as well.

4. Create a project while viewing delivered content

You can also create a project and assign it to content that you've already ordered. First, find the delivered content that you'd like in your new project. It might help to filter your queue to show only "ready" content, or you could use use the search bar.

Click the content title hyperlink to open a view of your delivered content. Next, click the "assign to project" hyperlink.

Once the dropdown opens, click on the "Add new project" hyperlink.

Add your project title and click "Create project".

Your content has now been assigned to your new project!
