Every piece of content you order will have a status associated with it. This status will tell you which stage of the order process your content is in.

TL;DR: Our content creation process has several steps, including humanizing and proofreading -- but the most important one is the green "ready" status, which means that your order is complete!

Snapshot: The Status Lifecycle

Statuses Explained

Pre-purchase Statuses: Crafting Your Order Details

These statuses are present while you're building your content order, before the order is placed. You will not see these statuses if you complete your content order without returning to the content queue.

  • Started: You've entered a few details, such as your article title and target keyphrase, but you have not generated an outline yet.

  • Outlining: You've entered your order details and now your outline is being generated. This process can take up to thirty seconds.

  • Outline_done: Your outline has been generated. Once you've approved your outline, you can review your order and purchase it.

Post-purchase Statuses: The Verblio Team at Work

Now that you've ordered your content, our team gets to work whipping it up for you! You will see these statuses in your content queue as it moves through each stage of the content creation process.

  • Drafting: Your order details are being sent to the AI and generation is beginning.

  • Humanizing: Our writers use AI to create your content. Our back and forth writing process is unique to Verblio.

  • Proofreading: Professional proofreading by a human. This is an additional QA step that ensures your content is publish-ready.
