First, visit the log in page.

Next, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link at the bottom of the page.

Then enter your Username and click the "Submit" button.

You will be sent an email with a link. (Check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.) Click on the link. A new webpage will open.

Enter your Username and NEW Password TWICE.

A new webpage will appear with the message below. Click on the "Click here to log in" link and you will be taken to the log in page where you can now log in with your Username and New Password.
