First, log in to your account.

Next, click on the 'Pending Requests' page on the left-side toolbar.

Then, search for the verification you'd like to cancel. Once found, click on the 'x' on the far right of the row. If you don't see the 'x' scroll to the right.

A pop-up message will appear. Click 'ok' on the pop up message.
